A sensory journey to discover Apulia's green gold. You'll visit a centuries-old olive grove where local experts will tell you the history and cultivation techniques of olive trees. This will be followed by a visit to the mill to understand the oil production process and a professional guided tasting where you'll learn to recognize the different qualities of extra virgin olive oil.
